At full-time, Souness waxed lyrical, even dubbing Messi the best player he's ever seen at such a young age.

Gullit then chimed in: "Messi is not of this planet at the moment!"
When asked how to stop the Argentine, Souness replied: "You can't stop him! Look at a lot of the goals he gets; he takes on defenders who have three or four stones on him.
